PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of 2 separate elements of works:
1. Demolition and Construction of a new Automation Laboratory
This project involved the demolition of and the total refurbishment of an existing laboratory, office and access corridor to form a new much larger laboratory. This refurbishment increased its capacity and brought the infrastructure and the electrical and electronic data points up to a standard that would meet all the requirements for the foreseeable future. This was a turnkey project which required that the new laboratory be fully functional for use by staff and students.
The college was in full use for the duration of this project. To facilitate this Kenaidan ensured full co-ordination of all aspects of the project, to prevent any disturbance to the college activities.
2. Demolition and construction of a new entrance area
This project was for the design, supply and fitting of two aluminium framed glazed screen walls incorporating a large diameter automatic revolving door. While the college was only in partial use by students for the duration of this project due to the holiday period, Kenaidan carefully managed this project so as to prevent any disturbance to the college activities or its staff members.
