Aurivo Upgrade Works

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was completed in 2017 for Aurivo Dairy Ingredients. The works consisted of upgrade works to an existing building to create new Locker room, changing room facilities, Laboratory Building and State of the art segregated Access Corridor. These works were undertaken in a live food processing environment and required a high level of organisational skills. The works were clearly segregated from the processing areas however procedures were also required and successfully implemented to enable Aurivo staff members to gain access through the works from time to time.

The new changing room facility involved a large element of demolition where all internal walls, screed and floor finishes were removed.

New structural supports were installed to replace structural walls. New works in existing buildings primarily consisted of lining to external walls, internal stud partitions, steel & timber fire doors throughout, suspended ceilings, Mechanical and Electrical upgrade works, painting, stainless steel locker, benches and Marmoleum flooring throughout. The New Lab building was a totally new build where old locker rooms which abutted the front of the existing building were demolished and replaced with new single-story, lean too building. Finishes to the Lab included new Polymer modified screeds, Epoxy coating to Floors, Formica Lab furniture fit-out, Corian worktops to WC units.
