New Long Reach Excavator Added to Kenaidan Fleet

We are pleased to announce that we have added a new long reach excavator to our equipment fleet. This machine has a reach of 50 feet (15 Meters ) Long undercarrige, wide pads and steel mats are also available for working in poor ground conditions. This makes it ideal for dredging works on rivers, canals and the sea, working on lagoons, landfills or any application where a long reach is required. We currently operate these machines with the OPW, Waterways Ireland and Local Authorities throughout Ireland. We are always looking for new customers for this type of specialist equipment. Kenaidan Awarded Dredging Contract from Mayo County Council

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a dredging contract from Mayo County Council at Killala Pier. Works are to be carried out during low tides with our long reach excavator. These works also include the installation of new harbour navigation posts along the inlet.

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a large roofing project from Aurivo Dairy Ingredients at their site in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. We have successful worked with Aurivo on various projects over the last 6 years. This project consists of new roof cladding of over 4000 m2 to a milk powder store and a packaging store. We will also carry out structural upgrades to the buildings that will receive the new roof coverings

Kenaidan Awarded Project on the Westport Cycle Hub Trail

We are pleased to announce that we have just been awarded a contract from Mayo County Council, to construct over 2 kilometers of concrete kerbing. This is part of continuing expansion of the Westport Cycle hub trail. The works will be carried out along R335 road between Westport and Louisburgh Co. Mayo.

Kenaidan Awarded new Project at GMIT

We are pleased to have been awarded a new project with GMIT at their Galway Campus. The project will consist of a new concrete escape staircase and enclosure, some new fire escape doors throughout the building along with internal modifications. The works will be carried out through the summer months while the college is on partial shutdown. This is the fourth project that Kenaidan have been awarded from GMIT in recent years.

Kenaidan have been awarded a new project by the Office of Public works. This new project is for the upgrading of a sports hall at Menlo National School. The project also includes the enabling works and erection of 4 new porta cabins on the school grounds. This works is to facilitate the demolition and construction of a new school building.

Kenaidan have been awarded a new project from Waterways Ireland. This new project is for the construction of a new service block located at Clashganny Lock, Borris Co Carlow.The project when finished will provide state of the art changing, shower and toilet facilities to boat users and the general public.This is the 5th service block that Kenaidan have constructed for Waterways Ireland. The project is due to be completed by late December.
