We have been using the same bonding, banking and insurance partners since our formation. Our bonds are provided by Aviva and we have the capacity to bond all projects within our project range.
Aidan Flatley Managing Partner
Aidan has over 40 years experience in the construction industry and plays a key role in the strategic planning and direction of our company. Aidan is one of the original founders and current CEO of the Kenaidan Group Ltd which was founded in 1974.
Seamus Kenny Managing Partner
Seamus is the Director of Kenaidan Contractors since it’s initial incorporation in 2002. Prior to this, Seamus has worked internationally as a project manager which included working at Kenaidan Contracting in Canada. This international experience has been the foundation on which Seamus has built Kenaidan Contractors to this present day. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business and plays key roles in the development and continuity of the company.
